as in upgrades. If the block can handle more heat, then you can safely mod it for a higher hp. Mind you, I am asking this, I am unsure. If you know the Mexican block is better than the jap one, or if their no difference, correct me.

Seems I read somewhere that the DOHC has better cooling, or an improved block, or something, as in, the single came from meheco and the double from Japan? Correct me if I'm wrong.
