  3. It is on a chassis dyno. Z22 block Z20 rods custom slugs U-67 un-ported L-18 intake un-ported 32/36 Cam is from Rebello. Distributor is mechanic with 17 intial. factory airlceaner hosuing adapted to the Webber. My point in posting this is that if i'm making this power then MM's 32/36 should support higher RPM's with proper tuning.

  7. A wife, being the romantic sort, sent her husband a text: "If you are sleeping, send me your dreams. If you are laughing, send me your smile. If you are eating, send me a bite. If you are drinking send me a sip. If you are crying, send me your tears. I love you!" The husband, typically non-romantic, replied, "Am sitting on the toilet. Please advise."
  8. I did the reverse light LED thing about 6 months ago. When i put it in reverse, daylight appears behind my car.
  9. If it was a radiant heat issue, every housing in the country would be ready to crumble.I have no way of knowing how many miles were on the donor car.But since it was being parted out........
  10. I have 3 77 810 wagons. All local cars. All had some degree of housing damage.I bought a housing off someone in the NW.It was almost pristine(inside). The only difference was the amount of UV exposure.
  11. The FSM says different weights for different climates.20/50 is for the toastier places.
  12. When i first moved here(2000),there is a bridge in town that has "hash marks" on the center column denoting "feet of water" that is currently under the bridge.Well,it seemed that "Captain Corvette" didn't think these numbers applied to Corvette owners. He soon had another "type" of Corvette that made it to the middle before it sank.Too bad this was just a freeway bridge and not a wash as i would have love to have seen it get washed down the Santa Cruz river.I still laugh at this today.
  13. Actually,it's the UV from the sun that is killing your housings.
  14. Energy Suspensions makes bushing called "prothane".Basically they are graphite impregnated urethane.Stiff but no squeaks. But they have for some reason chosen to ignore the 1st gen Z car.
  15. Monsoons just started.Gonna be warm.Don't drive thru washes when they're running.
  16. Family Dinner Party My wife hosted a dinner party for both sides of our entire family and everyone was encouraged to bring all their children as well. During dinner, my four-year-old niece stared at me sitting across from her. The girl could hardly eat her food for staring. I checked my shirt for spots, felt my face for food, patted my hair in place but nothing stopped her from staring at me. I tried my best to just ignore her but finally it was too much for me. I finally asked her, "Why are you staring at me?" Everyone at the table had noticed her behavior and the table went quiet waiting for her response. My little niece said, "I'm just waiting to see how you drink like a fish."
  17. And..........you can locate the module INSIDE the cab to keep heat & vibration away form it.

  19. 10 bucks says you get another e-mail from him giving you a BS line about the other deal falling thru. He's over his head and he knows it.
  20. I've never given bad advice in my life. But that point is moot as i haven't given any advice in this topic. But you're too ignorant to see that.I just posted FACT.You do have the right to dis-agree.Just as i have the right to tell you how wrong you are.Do yourself a favor and let it go as you only lose.30 years from now you MIGHT have accumulated as much info as i have.
