What Mike said.I just picked up a center section from a 720 with 3.88 gears in it.With the 30%(or there abouts)increase in HP from the LZ-23,i can make the swap with no ill effects.Assuming you find your HP issue.you won't be able to frop below a 4.10 without out serious driveability issues.Having said that,it's not worth all the "hasselvation" to go from 4.37 to 4.10.Find your problem and put the OD box in.You'll like it.
I saw three little bastards tagging a wall along our tracks one night.I called the local PD.They got all three and inpounded a truck.DAMN-that felt good.
All this boneyard talk just triggered something. There was a guy on here who found a boneyard some where in Arizona that shut down in 1985 but still had all the cars there.Anyone remember who this was and what became of it?
I'm running a Z-22 block & crank,U67 head,Z20 rods,pistons from Rebello,L-18 manifold/Webber & a mild cam.Thing is strong.In fact i'm headed out to grab some 3.88 gears for it as the 4.37s are pointless with this power.
