The 1966 Datsun 520 was the last of the trucks with the hand crank feature.

The 1969 Nissan Patrol was the last Datsun/Nissan imported to the US with this feature.

Can anyone confirm fitment on the Moss Motors crank nut? Does it fit the Nissan J engines and 320 hand cranks?

I really doubt it. Japan was making efforts to standardize things by the mid '60s and were already changing threads. I could be wrong though I suspect the Datsun bolt is SAE.

We have different experiences with different BMC B Series engines. I purchased my crank dog from Kip Motors and the crank dog was certainly British Standard.  I did not spec and measure every other BMC B Series part, but deferred to Kip (owner) for his guidance on machining to fit the Datsun/Nissan J13 engine.
