Doc, I tried to send you an email, clean your mailbox. I need it because mine is worn out and while its still does the job, I was hoping to replace it. A new chain will be installed to it should be ok.

Has someone successfully removed one without rending it useless? I have a spare block that isnt being used at the moment.

For quote, my postal code is t9m2c6, Cold Lake, AB. Thanks

You would be ok not using it. Oil draining down the front from the head will get on the chain, and the chain tensioner block has a jet that squirts oil on the bottom sprocket on the tension side. There is a lot of oil being slung around already from the moving parts. Only the L16/18/20B have the oiler peg. L6 and naps Z blocks don't use them. Tap it and put in an allen head plug. Just don't leave it an open hole.
