Call the Lewiston county ticketing division I called the number, it does go to the City of Lewiston. They don't mention license number so they're going to have to do some proving before they get any out of me. It is an official city letter though, that's easy enough to tell by the seal and the document. It is possible they issued me a ticket while I was there last November, but I sure didn't see any.
