Ok, I got some more work/research done on the sr20 to 620 wirring. =)

Please, dont mind the quick diagram i drew. It gets the point i see in my head out on paper to help others see how to wire it in. This has not been started yet of course.

Here is the two main plugs needed to convert wirring on a sr20det.

1. Brown Main Interface Plug.

This will hold your O2 sensor brown wire (Brown)

This will hold your black yellow IACV (Black/Yellow strip)

2. Grey Oval Interface Plug

This will hold your ecu power (Black/white strip)

This will hold your ecu back up power (Red)

This will hold your IGN power wires (2) (Blue/red strip, Black/red strip)

Parts Needed:

1 Fuse box/Panel  (Here is the one I used) (Search ebay for "14 Gang ATO Fuse Block")

Fuses

5 basic Relays

Wire of your choice. (Remember never put smaller wire on big wire)

Helpful Thread. (Use pretty much all the same steps for extending the harness. MAF, and O2 Sensor)

I ordered my brass nuts from fr sports. Still waiting for my oem nut lock plates.

Its very important to assemble the turbo so it does not come loose. Its s common pain in the ass problem to have the turbo fall off the manifold. Here is a picture of how much was cut off the oem turbo housing.

Anyways, i removed the steering box, and steering shaft. It gives you enough room to install the manifold/turbo/ all as one assembly.
