iCruZ Posted July 3, 2013 Report Share Posted July 3, 2013 this might not be the right place to post this topic on and i apologize but i wanted to know what kind of badges exactly are my truck missing. when i bought it i noticed that it didnt have any of the tags / badges on the hood or side panels. I've looked online and saw that there are the '1300' and '1600' side badges for this year of truck but im not sure. problem is the truck didn't come with the original motor just transmission. my problem is i do not know which badges i am missing any thoughts ? :confused: Quote Link to comment

Tristin Posted July 3, 2013 Report Share Posted July 3, 2013 Look at the engine tag. It should give you what original engine was in it. The 1300/1500/1600 emblems corespond to the size of the engine as well as the type of engine. 1300 is J13. 1500 is J15. 1600 is L16. Quote Link to comment

There very small barrel clips that fit over the mounting post and that fit into the original holes. If not, you will have to drill them out a little. and if you can't find speed clips, do as Mike says. Quote Link to comment
