HAM8URGER
Completely stripped down the engine bay this weekend. Took everything out to prep. Use paint stripper...What a pain in the ass. There was silver paint on top of red paint on top of primer. Quote Link to comment

HAM8URGER
Figured out that the intercooler/radiator setup i have wont fit without hacking waaaay too much sheet metal.... i just said screw it and ordered a CX Racing intercooler and radiator :/ Quote Link to comment
Uber Deaf One
My CX Racing radiator has held up for 4 years and counting. Driven almost daily. I think the most important thing is mounting it with rubber. 1 Quote Link to comment
HAM8URGER
Good to know! What rubber did you use? And don't say Trojan or something haha 1 Quote Link to comment
HAM8URGER
Sooooo another big delay.... I'll just say that the head has to go back to the machine shop. Setback after setback... That's the way of the ratsun though right?! Quote Link to comment
brendanm71240z
Your car choice is on point! I just installed a new radiator into my 240z and would be curious to how you mounted it with said rubber. I have heard to use rubber washers but it seems that would only help with forward/backward movement and not any other directions. Quote Link to comment

I didn't even use washers. Didn't feel like it would hurt anything Quote Link to comment
