So while I was under the car I figured, fuk it, I'll just smash the inner step up inside the rear fender. The one that LOWWWW people dislike. If you do it CAREFULLY, it will not damage the outer fender. Looks rough on the inside but that's mostly from the sander. Smashed, sanded, carb cleaner'd and spray painted. I will post pics if how low we can get it without rubbing tomorrow :)

Just threw on the weathered 1980's Nardi and Boss hub adapter. Theres a little bit of a gap between the plastic 'shroud' and the adapter but aside from that, everything fit nicely.

Cut a slice of black ABS pipe from hardware store. Bet it would clean that gap up well.
