The Driveline is out and looks to be tight and in good shape!

And to top it off the running motor that was in the 610 got picked up and paid for by big Schlink so it's out of my way, off to a good home, and put a little cash in my pocket for frame repairs

The best part of tonight, was getting a box of random goodies from Ed that he found in his garage!!!! Woot!!

Morning Adam. Funny the 610 got a long 4 speed and the 710 didn't, yet both have long autos. A 5 speed should be easy.

Morning mike! My insomnia kicked in about 1am this morning... So here I am

I have 2 5speed option, a zcar 5 speed and a long tail dog leg. 5speed from an AUS 610(or so I was told) I know it a long tail dog leg and that it right now

Progress!

Yes sir!!! Can wait to lay down final plans and then act on them. There's just so mush to take into account.... And I'm only gunna get one shot at this financially :/

But thats half the fun I guess :D

They were also used in Japan. Ever since Phatdave had one on NWDE I've wondered what they were used on here. The answer was nothing. As there are L series dual SU carbs and manifolds and peanut heads, also not used here, it's apparent that these items came to N America bolted to JDM import motors probably in the '80s.

Yes they are used in Australia but also in Europe, maybe South Africa... basically anywhere but here where the motors are largest and the dogleg is at a disadvantage.

Flat black to match the trucks eventual color?

Ha ha ha I see what you did there, Steve. Rule # 68... All 520/521/620/720s eventually are painted flat black.
