]2eDeYe
I highly recommend this mount kit for that box. You will have to modify it a bit, but it is well worth the price. http://www.marlincrawler.com/steering/box/heavy-duty-ifs-steering-box-mount-kit Quote Link to comment
ratsun73
ok im kinda ignorant, what is the purpose of the mount?also cruising craigslist i found a chevy 4.3 with a trans and t case for 600. my shop teacher said it would be easy to do a carburated swap. i was just looking for a second opinion on the engine. Boxcar
It is a good engine swap , heavy but very reliable, lots of product support etc. BUT you're front axle is passenger side drop. The Chevy is driver side drop. Unless you change you're axle out or use a car transmission and a divorced T-case , it won't work for you........ Quote Link to comment

The mount will help convert you're datsun frame to accept the Toyota steering box.... Quote Link to comment

Boxcar
You will have to mount tabs on you're frame to accept the mount . It does come bolted to a dealer prep mount... Quote Link to comment
