Shit, that is nice! I can see how it would be easy to get $10K in it.  Recent paint, new upholstery.  Looks like it lacks lowered front struts, which would be an extra expense I'd have to put in it after buying it....  $8-8500 is the price that comes to my mind.  You'd have to see it in person to know for sure what shape it's in.
