captaingamez
I'm all about the P1. Hate it. Love the performance, love that the engine is based on nissan, absolutely hate the entire exterior design. I want to drive a car, not a fish. All the other McLarens are sexy as hell though, Love the MP4-12, love ther F1, of course, and I love the Mercedes. I always wonder if McLaren would have ended up making road cars if Bruce hadnt died. that Italia  Quote Link to comment
jrock4224
I completely agree with you.....this feels strange..... ditto..... oh and is that ferrari in the jack rabbit or what ever style.??????....... i mean i like it but just not the drift fan boy label given to it ..... i could do with out the flares...or at least different ones it just comes across as a RWB rip off and more wanna be status ........they should just pay homage to the creator and not give it some stupid pony boy name label ....it just shows a lack of credibility and originality ...... captaingamez
You can't talk cramp about Liberty Walk cars! Meh, Not impressed. I agree with Jrock, their kind of an RWB wannabe. Except Nakai san builds them almost completely for function Quote Link to comment
captaingamez
Porsches have probably the most unoptimal handling drivetrain design, rear engine rear wheel drive. The RWDs run anywhere between a 315 and a 365 rear tire to negate the handling effects of the RR setup. Te flares are actually purposeful for covering large as hell wheels with large as hell (non stretched) tires for getting the power to the ground, which it does better now than most FR chassis. The lip in the front, its a garage door lower rubber strip, Nakai puts them on there to be a destroyed item because the cars are so low. It is there to be eaten by the road, and replaced by another $20 dollar piece. The stuff he does to the body has purpose and function, its not just for showing off. http://www.speedhunters.com/2013/05/rauh-passion-a-dream-drive-in-a-rwb-porsche/ 1 Quote Link to comment
Tristin
Two things... 1. RB and RWB don't look anything alike. 2. RB is a body kit manufacturer. All they make are body panels... so of course their cars are form over function. Meira-san isn't a professional tuner and only works on his own cars. You can hate the kits aesthetically, but Rocket Bunny and Rauh Welt aren't even the same type of company. So you really can't compare them. Quote Link to comment
captaingamez
Thats kind of my point. I disagree that they dont look anything alike They see RWB "oooh that looks cool" "lets make cars look like that" Not my bag. Quote Link to comment
Tristin
The two companies have been around for about the same length of time... RB/6666c are just now getting popular because of their FR-S. They have been building kits for S-Chassis cars for years. No one is copying anyone lol. But to each their own. Quote Link to comment
captaingamez
What do you mean nobody is copying anybody? HAHAHA. Everyone copies everyone in Japan. They are the original China, except they made quality, instead of crap. Quote Link to comment

captaingamez
I say anything incorrect? Look at vintage JDM wheels, and look at vintage american and Italian wheels from ten years prior. Seriously go look at Borranis Centerlines, and Compagnolos. Sorry, but the Japanese made it their job to copy things in that period of time, and they did it better, more effeciently, and with quality, and that is why we bought and continue to buy Japanese today. That is why a lot of people love and fell in love with Japanese cars, European performance, newest technology, and half the price. 2 Quote Link to comment
Tristin
My comment was directly related to RWB/RB and not the Japanese culture in general. Everyone in the World copies everyone else. Quote Link to comment
captaingamez
I wasnt even directing that at you at that point. I dont find humor in being called ignorant unless its true, particularly when what I said is accurate. Quote Link to comment
