mrbigtanker
That's the lazy way ... polished aluminum has a different look, so it all depends on what you're after. I know that i am far from lazy but sometimes its just plain disgusting to do,but polishing is a lot of work, your right i used to own tankers, you tried not to wash the trucks if you could, try drying one and you wont want to again, polishing looks better in my opinion but it is a lot of work hence why i said chrome it,Did you see my last motor i did, everything was polished and i kept it up,I think the worst thing i had to clean in my life was my Harley,i spent more time cleaning then riding. I've got a Ka-E that I'm cleaning up and getting ready to rebuild I can't wait for the day I drop it in. Other then being sick as fuck... why did you want to do the swap? Reliability? datson4life
powaa, reliabily, i will miss the l series tho, those engines are 40+ years and still on the road, my respects. i was gonna build an l18 but it was cheaper to just go with this swap, and its easier/cheaper to get power out of ka engines, and parts are abundant Quote Link to comment
