This was on an off-ramp and a flat bed tow truck had just pulled up. With no real info I can only assume the driver was traveling at such a high rate of speed he got arrested and the GT impounded. ;) It looks like "SuperSpeeders" Robs GT. Stupidest videos on youtube. I remember going as a kid once with my parents and some people were j walking. My dad told the guy to watch for those people. Dude said it was ok to hit them if they're not in the crosswalk.
