Installed a 1 in. sway bar on Saturday.

Install was kind of a bitch cause I used these bushings and the holes did not lineup with the frame holes. So I had to hack them up.

L just don't pump out what ka do power wise. Unless you throw outrageous amounts of $$. Plus I like the mpg's and cold starts ease

I bet you'd get about the same mileage with an L20 with a well tuned single side draft as you would with a KA. It'd probably be easier to find bigger L stuff than doing all the work for a KA.

 

 

 

I do remember Antony saying he wants to put his matching numbers L16 back in his car. Take his 2.2 :p

Haha. Carbs would be sweet. But I'm gonna keep it EFI.

collecting parts for the KA swap. Just need the engine, ecu and harness now. lol

I have a spare ecu, maf, and a few other stuff if i look laying around, put some on craiglist and ppl hitting me up, let me know what u need, ill stall them so u get 1st dibbs

Small update.

 

I was cleaning out my carb a week ago for the fun run and noticed I had mix matched pump jets

Rag10 had a pair of 45's so I put those on. But I felt a loss of power.

When we got back to the shop I found the other mix matched set of pump jets. I guess I fucked up the jetting when i was setting up the carb. So I put the 50's in. Feels muck better with the 50's.

Yesterday i changed out my alt cause it started making noise. Bearing started taking a shit. Kind of a bummer cause the old alt was only 11 months old in my car.
