picked up a z32seat with no rips in the junkyard on 50% off day! cost me a whole 18 bucks! also got my z31 hubs and rotors for 5 lug front, and ordered my clutch hydraulics so I will be driving it up into the garage in this next week to do the welding, cleaning and assembly, then all it needs is a master cylinder and new rear brakes and Ill be driving this thing!

I'm not sure why you wanna go to 5 lug, I'd be concentrating on getting it road worthy there's sooooooo many wheel choices for the stock 4 lug bolt pattern. Either way, it looks to be coming along nicely

I am getting it road worthy first, I need front brakes, 5 lug z31 stuff is more readily available and it was easier to get. jeep steelies come in great sizes for almost no money also.

don't mind the ghetto gas can or me getting slapped in the ass.

also having a little bit of trouble with my 5 lug conversion. the z31 bearings are too small for the spindle am I supposed to run the s30 bearings?

Classic Datsun- I got them from summit racing, theyre barts. I actually got rid of these and I doubt Ill be getting another set, they came extremely out of round and a friend who bought another set said his were really out of round also. they were unable to balance well enough to stop vibration. even as low as 45mph.

Ryoskatekov- they are 4 multi-lug, not 8 lug. I wont be using them. and my exhaust is a 6-2-1 header with 2.25 back to a "performance" muffler (forgot the brand). the muffler wasn't on it in the videos though.

I picked up an s13 tanabe rear strut bar and started modding it to fit the front.988488_172032289632484_1106281352_n.jpg

thanx for the info ive heard that this is due to the wheel being spun of the center hub or some thing like that they need a special machine to balance them

they say they need to be lug centric balanced (which I did) but it doesn't matter. they are such poor quality the barrel is actually not lined up with the face making the wheel essentially bent. theyre meant to be dirt track throw away wheels. not worth it, just get diamonds, theyre better quality from the sounds of it.
