jon521
the only thing that you really need to buy are the blocks. thats all ive bought. turn down the torsion bars and pull out some leafs :D haha unless of course your planning on airbags, or notching the frame Quote Link to comment

wayno
Yeah nice truck btw but i have taller tires so idk if i just want to even the fender with the top of the tire or tuck the tire. My guess would be that that truck was sitting on it's front bumpstops, if it has any. The photo above is the best I can do for a photo of a lowered vehicle, as I am unable to lower them with photoshop, as I don't know how to do that. This is what I like doing, making them unique. One has to keep in mind, that the lower you go, the worse the ride, this truck likely rides like crap, but it looks good. Quote Link to comment
jon521
heres mine :) just recently went down about another 2 inches Quote Link to comment
wayno
heres mine :) just recently went down about another 2 inches Looks good guy, how does it ride? What are the hubcaps from? Quote Link to comment
jon521
thanks! there are more pictures in my thread. rides way better! it was way too stiff before. it handles better and takes bumps easier, which is good because my school has outrageously large speed bumps haha. they are from a rambler, but i like the R in the center for Ratsun :) and the red matches perfect! skyblue
here's a quick chop. Like jon521 said, really all you need to buy are the blocks for the rear. about $40 at local parts store or ebay. and the front just crank down the torsion bars or re-index them. Quote Link to comment
jon521
dooooo itt! it will look awesome :0 (as you can see ^^) Quote Link to comment

konig209
Yeah i dont have the money to afford that. I do the thick layer quick with a sanding wheel with the flaps 60grit when i get to the base i stop and use a wire wheel. There is a mobile media and soda blasting company near here i want them to do the bed but idk how much $$$$ Quote Link to comment
