LOL well you got me there. So what kind of wheel are your hands on?

 

I use both. Nardi for carshows and Momo for canyon runs. I have a NRG thin steering wheel quick release to interchange easily.

Nardi's, Personal, Old School Momo's classic wood steering wheel 13 inch.

I'm pretty sure they are made with high quality. They are still made in Japan. your talking about these right?

Yeah thats the one Im talking about. Finding a NOS or even a ratty original is hard, and Im usually opposed to replicas/knock-offs due to instances like the video above. Since it was good money I figured it was more replica than knock-off so I was interested. That will probably be the wheel I purchase when Im looking to upgrade.

They did a side by side comparison of the two. The difference was the original Nissan one has molded rubber on the handle and the other is leather. Also the price difference is huge the Nissan goes for almost a $1000 and the other around $400. Tuff decision.
