Almost done

Painting is happening tomorrow and floors sealed tomorrow nite, wow. Sometimes these projects last forever

We decided to paint the complete rear of the car, so we are not worried about blending the new color, sanded and getting ready for sealer

Well there is still a few dents but damn this thing has come around. It will make a decent daily driver.

We got a carbon fiber front apron reject from Dave and painted it, before paint I sprayed a texture chip guard on it to hide the reject of 100 pin holes. looks way better then the one that was on the car

The finish will flatin out as it drys. I went with a low sheen to match the existing paint

Now that the worst part of the car looks good, the good parts look ok

Time to tackle the floors.

New wheels and lowered her some more. Should I put the 280zx wheels back on it or leave these

Started installing tailights and emblems. Looks like we might be painting the rest of the car. What use to be bad now looks good and what use to be good now looks bad. Damn it Jim

Now that the bad areas look good, the once good areas look bad. So i figured I would put a day in to an old project. Working toward getting it ready to sell. We decided to paint the front clip and do some minor body work. Not getting into a full resto on this one but making it presentable.

Most everyone i talk with about this car, has asked if the door damage got fixed, now i can say yes.

The bolt broke almost everyone, I heated them up and out they came
