studioceja
Bringing this thread back to life! I was just informed that the red car from the show found its way to abandonment and is now for sale out of north Los Angeles CA. Its missing the engine, transmission and radiator otherwise its intact. I'll try and get some photos. Quote Link to comment
studioceja
I watched this episode years ago and was so disappointing at how they bastardized and destroyed two perfectly good 73 240zs. The white car was horrible... the red was bad but I thought to myself that it could be saved with a little damage control and swapping in an engine that stayed in tune within the realms of the Nissan/Datsun family. Anyway, yesterday I was informed that the car is for sale in Northridge, CA and is sitting relatively whole in a car lot (I think repo lot). the engine/transmission/radiator are gone but the rest of the car is there untouched. the price was right however for several reasons including $770 DMV fees and bad timing I have to pass on the deal. Let me see about sharing photos here. Quote Link to comment

Jesse C.
Looks like it could still be saved. Glad that shit fest of a car show is off the air! May they be haunted by the Ghost of Barris Forever! Quote Link to comment
