datsunaholic
Yeah, I've bought from this guy. Don't. He sold me a "Primo" set of headlight surrounds for my 520... they looked good in the pictures, but he just hacksawed off the rusted or bent ends that go over the grille and repainted the black accents with a model brush. datrod
speaking of crappy eBay sellers... http://zdriver.com/forums/showthread.php?t=24807 He is a good friend of mine. I don't buy much from him. I had no idea he was selling crap. I'm going to call him now and give him a ass reaming. I did get a L16 motor from him that I had issues with. but he took it back and gave me a L20 and he payed to have it installed. I think he needs a ass kickin if he is selling shit that he knows is no good. The datsun world is pretty small it won't take long for it to catch up with him. He has a 98% positive feed back on e bay I don't get it. Quote Link to comment
Pacific coast Datsun
Hainz that was me. Bought a L 18 long block off of him a few years back & have no complaints. I did have to adjust the valves but thats it. Sorry to hear that some are not getting what they paid for. The engine rebuilds are ALL sent out & done elsewhere by the same shop. Ive spoken w/ another member here who has dealt with him for years & has no complaints either. Quote Link to comment
datsunaholic
98.8% Positive isn't a good score. 28 negatives... reading the negative feedbacks says a lot. Quote Link to comment
Cruzn620
through reading this tool's feedback...he likes to accuse every one of being a 'LIAR!" which most people don't take kindly to. there are a lot of good honest people on ebay, so its highly unlikely that this guy is meeting every liar out there. hang_510
I don't buy much from him. I had no idea he was selling crap. ive talked to him many times too. its not always crap, but is usually $$$ more than you should pay. he needs to learn how to paint/use masking tape, look at the blocks...all the oil filter area is painted along w/the block  ebay = caveat emptor if its too good to be true, it usually is. "Cucamonga Crackah Killahs!" Quote Link to comment
datsunaholic
Real easy way to avoid painting the oil filter mount... put a FRAM on it, then paint. It's about all a FRAM is good for anyway. Just need one, don't put it on tight, and it can be used over and over again. Quote Link to comment
allen dodson
If so yes i have got a three piece bluebird emblem set that was brand new, no problems.
