74wagonrb25
Was scrolling through craiglist and found a datsun 610 waggy with a ka24d in it. I paid 200 dollars for it. Tell me what you think. I just ordered a rb25 for it. Since I dont have a title we are gonna make it a drift car. Quote Link to comment

Stupid_fast
Why are you not keeping the KA24? Is it blown? Damn good deal for $200! Quote Link to comment
74wagonrb25
yes its very real. It has a ka swapped in it.. It runs off of starting fluid due to know fuel lines ran. i bought it from a guy that bought a storage unit and he needed it gone.. I offered him 200 hundred and i got it and it was FILLLLEEEEDDD with tons of parts.. I was kinda shocked my self.. So pretty much im selling everything thats in it.. ka motor trans i have a whole 5 speed swap for a 240sx plus the tranny in the car.. I have alot of stuff. just not too much stuff for datsuns besides the holley carb and factory seats that are actually in pretty good shape ill throw up a couple more pics Quote Link to comment
74wagonrb25
Yes that is my skyline in the back of the last picture.. I have since put the grill in the datsun and its in the garage now Quote Link to comment

datzenmike
Christ on crutches, a fucking drift car???? This can only end badly for that poor goon. Quote Link to comment
FoxyRoadster
If the car is legally bought, then you can get a title for it http://www.its-titles.com/ Quote Link to comment
HRH
You might want to do a check on that vin to see if it's been reported stolen, especially before you put the RB into it. And really, a 610 drift car is a very bad idea, simply because if you start dinging up body panels, where are you going to get replacements? It's not like there are 8 million kouki bumpers for a 610 that can be held on with zip ties. Quote Link to comment
INDY510
I'll buy you a 240sx if you promise to not cut up that rare wagon Quote Link to comment
74wagonrb25
not gonna cut it up. Just want something different than the 240 crews. I already own a 1993 240sx. Since I am probably not gonna get a title for it im just gonna swap it and track it.. or unless you guys wanna buy it for some ridiculous amount then ill change my mind.. I'll buy you a 240sx if you promise to not cut up that rare wagon Quote Link to comment
INDY510
If you were in CA you could sell it for at least $800 If it really has a KA swap (single or dual cam?).. .... .. it will be worth twice that Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
not gonna cut it up. Of course not. You'll bend it up. Either way it'll be no use to anyone when you're done with it. Sad. Quote Link to comment
FoxyRoadster
I say go for it myself, but such a waste not to get a title for it when they can be had easily and all that work for a track only car. Though an RB wont be an easy fit I think Quote Link to comment
74wagonrb25
ok then its for sale with the ka swap only needs fuel lines located in jacksonville florida 1800.....Better? Come take it if you want it that bad.. Quote Link to comment
The Dat-side
Make some fiberglass parts for your $200 car, and drift the f*** out of it. Wagons look best sideways. Quote Link to comment
izzo
LoL. no doubt, make some fiberglass molds so if/when (hopefully never) you get some dents or smash something, you can just pop on some fiberglass. I'd love to see 610 drift card... BUILD IT. am hoping to see this project come along and get finished. Quote Link to comment

MicroMachinery
.. or unless you guys wanna buy it for some ridiculous amount then ill change my mind.. $200 is a pretty ridiculous amount, I'd say. This almost breaks my heart as much as that fool that hacked up that beautiful 73' Coupe to make a 1/4mile LS1 car.. As soon as you wrap this thing around a pole/run into a wall, could you send me the clutch/brake pedals? Thanks Quote Link to comment
