my first car was a 76 B210....but im not nostalgic enough to buy that for 500 let alone 8950...like said before its still a B210, i dont think ever Datsun made an uglier car

I bought a '76 B-210 new. If I had 12K to spend on a new car you can damn well bet that I would buy this rather than the hi tech crap they have today. I was able to get below 30 MPG only twice and always got mid 30s. Under good conditions on a trip I got almost 50. They are light and fun to drive and easy to fix. And you won't have to pay $675 to fix the check engine light. Or $800 for a fuel pump.

There was a GORGEOUS low-mileage 79 210 coupe, baby blue, optioned to the hilt, that popped up on ebay several times for around $4-5K.

 

I am KICKING myself for not buying it. It was 10x nicer than this yellow one in Portland, AND was from a corrosion-free state.

 

BTW, nostalgia or not, that's one ugly-ass car. ;)

maybe half that price. i mean it's sure as hell ugly but is there another one with fewer miles on it. would a zero mile b210 bring in that? i know from recent history if it was a 521 it be about right for that price. maybe his vin code says it was the first one made.

 

it will surly outlast most shit made in the last 20 years especially my wifes high maintenance jetta's. i wouldn't call it junk. i bet the under carriage and interior is clean as hell.
