A take out special is OEM drives that Computer shops take out to replace with upgraded drives. 360 games can only be burnt at 2.4x speed so a 8,16x drive would be pointless. So there cheaper with slower speeds.

Its a xbox360 DVD rom mod. Totally undetectable and accepts all updates from MS. Only problem is when they change the waves (current wave 4) it needs a update to the Rom.

 

Just realized its 2 dvd's Damn so its going to cost me $6. lol

BenQ's seem to be the best to mod. If you have a lighton you will need a boot up disc due to the new wave 4 discs. Seems like the lightons are bitch to hack into.

 

Anybody play Modern Warfare 2 yet. Beat the story last week it was awesome. Waiting until midnight tonight to play online. Dont want to get banned :D

best game ever=] made my car in it... of course i made my car 900+ hp with an awd rb and set it up for drifting so i can hit that one long ass track in japan. also have an rx 7, corolla, s13 and s14=]

My nephew came in for Thanksgiving and brought his set up. We raced till about 3 in the morning last night. That game was a blast. More than anything, I liked setting up the cars and the paint, decal stuff. He's trying to get me to get it for my stepson and start racing with him and his buddies online. That game has so much stuff on it.

Watch out for mod'd boxes. Mine got the ban hammer after my kid put in a coaster disc. Rom keeps 3-6 games on tap for when they want to look at what you have been doing. And I got slapped. No recourse either. YOUR BANNED FOR LIFE. Unless you know somebody that can fix the mother board. hehe

 

Its all good now back online since I have the ability to change online serial ID's through a JTAG haha... take that MS...bastards

Havnt been on the forum recently, but i would like to let you guys know that i have both of the BRE 510's on my storefront (gamertag is Pacerace100). They are both $5000, and imo are pretty good, otherwise i wouldnt sell them haha, only thing either of them are missing that i can tell, is the blue (85) is supposed to have a Coca-Cola logo on the hood, which i forgot to do. I might update it with the logo in the future.
