BACARDI_DWB
your truck is amazing!!! where did you get the flares? also did you cut the fenders on the underside for the flares or are they just bolted on? Quote Link to comment
NSRz32
your truck is amazing!!! where did you get the flares? also did you cut the fenders on the underside for the flares or are they just bolted on? Woah....sorry I'm so late to reply. Never noticed your question haha The flares are ZG s30 flares and the cheapest place to get them new that I found is Motorsport Auto. They're like 199 + shipping. The hardware can get expensive though if you go with the stainless allen bolts (figure 70 bucks for hardware). I didn't do any cutting on the fenders/quarters I just did some rolling and pulling to bring them out under the flares a little bit so I don't rub. :D Quote Link to comment
Llittle_Llama
That is SO bad ass! Quote Link to comment
mellotrongirl
Nice shots around those cool old buildings. A great marriage of factory, patina, alley and forge. The b&w shots are gorgeous. I would imagine on a rainy night illuminated only by a handful of old army base styled incandescent lights the scene would look real Warren Zevon/Tom Waits-esque. tnip
who makes those wheels? unless you're keeping it a secret? also... i can't say anything more than what has been said. you nailed it man. the stance, the wheel/tire, the flares, the fender mirrors, even leaving the bumper on there... i personally think you should leave some of the patina but that's me. you just keep doing whatever you think is right cause it's working. very very exceptionally nice. any underhood or interior shots? skunk
there called turbines.vector & western used to make them. cant buy new anymore, well not in 6 lug, i think some places make 5 lug replicas but there not really the same but other then that hunting on ebay and craigslist is your best bet. i just got a pair on ebay they should be here today. http://www.americanracingwheelsinfo.com/American_Racing_Vector_SE.htm thats a 5 lug, you could always swap to 5 lug Edited October 20, 2009 by skunktruckin Quote Link to comment

Thanks! I too dig the patina and aged look so it will stay. The wheels are turbines and were made by Western as far as I know. Here's a link to my step by step "build" with it since I got it http://forums.nicoclub.com/zerothread?id=257910 Here's a couple engine bay and interior pictures for you.... Quote Link to comment

nukeday
I'm hooked. Couple specific questions: -Your source, and if you don't mind, cost for the zg flares? -Your source, and if you don't mind again, cost for the fender mirrors? -How many notches did you index the TB's? -The back spacing on the wheels? (I didn't see it in the nico thread) My truck is pretty similar to yours, but a different color. Hope you won't mind if I completely steal all the other styling cues. Imitation is the highest form of flattery, hope you haven't copyrighted the 'look' yet. Wouldn't blame you if you have :) Quote Link to comment
