I had the one from my '78 parts truck stored in my outdoors work area and was undecided what to do with it... some lumber toppled over on it and ... crunch, problem solved. Luckily it missed my spare '75 grill. I know it's just a preferance, but I can't see what people see in the newer grill. But that's OK with me. I'm glad we're all different (that leaves more old style grills for me!!) Quote Link to comment
spiffinspudater Posted September 7, 2007 Author Report Share Posted September 7, 2007 I think I like the 78+ because it is simpler in style. Mine will be gloss black. Chrome is so 3 years ago. I just need to find a good one (mine has cracks in it) the "nice" one I got from the JY has a hole in it (unpatchable). I may just buy one off of ebay or something. Quote Link to comment
