  3. One year from now... FUUUUUUUCK this piece of shit ford! I cant afford the gas and it overheated!!! Man I sure do miss my Datsun.... :lol:

  5. I need a ka24e for my brother 240sx. I am in gardena aka los angeles... What had happened was that there was this wrecked 240sx. The motor looked good but with out turning it over we could not see the compression levels. The shop owner told me that the 240 could turn over with key and that he had the pink slip. So i went down and worked on it and so on. The motor was disconnected from the transmission and he had no pink slip. So we got into a disagreement. But the shit that pissed me off is that the wrecked 240 was blocked with 6 cars. So we moved all of them and pushed 240sx out with jacks 7 hours of work. Only for the shop owner call a junkyard and take it away.... Fuck it..

  8. There was a guy in here with a 510 turbo with water injection. He later sold it. I dont know the details much other than that he had to run racing gas on the engine with out it.
  9. I am having the same problem you are having.... But I have the stock dished pistons over sized... I have it set at 6btd... and it verily pinging at the wot. I bought some bigger jets to see of that would help me run at 91 gas.

  11. Mostly likely both... New rings are not to hard to do... I thought it was harder. The head well you can rebuild it I guess... But its the rings I know...

  15. I would keep your cars man. You have two vs one datsun. your cars are so clean and you know what is wrong with them. But its up to you... I would sell one of the two and buy a fixer upper Datsun and fix it up little by little. Having one running car is always for me a priority, but if you have money then cool...
  16. Not exactly in the center but whatevers... That is also that valance you gave me. Its being used and hopefully abused! That is what I was going to tell you. I learned that your 4 cylinder dissy pedestal is the same for a 1980 280zx. I was using a 280zx pedestal but I thought it was not the same as the 4 banger dissy. When I got yours. THEY LOOKED EXACTLY A LIKE! So i looked up the part numbers for a 280zx and a 1980 720 pickup l20b.... SAME PART NUMBER!!!!! THANKS MAN! Sorry buddy! If i would of known I would of not bottered you about that... I am saying this so that other people could know...

  18. He pretty much wants to build my truck. Good luck! I got lucky.... 4.11 rear end 5 speed with l20b Trust me you dont want this set up. "well maybe the rear end" You want a KA... Might as spend a little more time and money. I think its worth the effort.
