But Mike when I installed my dizzy in his truck, it still acted all retarded with his newer coil. When we ran the stock setup with stock coil, resistor, and distributor. It ran better. I'm really guessing its the retarded newer model coil that's dead. You know Ben go to an Auto zone. If they are smart enough, they can test that coil for you. I just went to the junk yard this morning and got me a Mark VIII Lincoln electric fan that I plan to use on my 620 and other stuff I got planned with this new paycheck. I might head back over there for some measurements of your 620 clutch sleeve. Or you can just tell me in a note the measurements. That would be nice!!!

Supposedly these newer brackets are not as thick because some calipers are different from others? Why not make them thick and if the calipers don't fit, you can just grind part of the metal off.

I got a coil from a match box. I'll head over this Sunday too see if that is the problem.

Also that is one weird combo! The 14 are not as wide as the 15? So you will use the wider 15 x9 in the front and the smaller 14x7 on the back? WTH? That would look weird no? I would like to have 15x7 in the front and 15x9 in the back or at least some 14x9 with some meat!!!
