Chevys suck dick People use Chevys in there Fords cuz their either lazy and or cheep not because it`s a better motor .. I used to race short track and out of the 30+ cars there were only 3 Fords and 1 Dodge and 3 out of us 4 were usually in the A main...........and we were using 302s ,, 318s and the chevy guys were almost to the car running 350s main reason chevys are cheep period Has nobody but me noticed the doors on the new cum-arrow never match the sail panels if you dont believe me look go at one. wasn`t going to work on car but the gauges i had on cowl were getting to be a pain in the neck ,, had to re-ziptie every time i opened hood. So i bought some electrical type gauges so i would not have to put any holes in car..The radio spot was already wrecked from someone putting goofy huge stereo, so i made a plate and wha-lah ..........inside gauges. I know not much but it does solve that problem. BEFORE AFTER Notice lack of dangling wires and shit hanging all over the god damn floor boards.. Next thing is pertronix but i need to get different distributor...so send this thread to page 6 again.

What`s the lowest it will idle.? Are you using a actual tach to gauge rpm or guessing ?. Set idle the lowest it will go then use carb cleaner and watch tach sometimes it isn`t really noticeable by ear as you might think ( especially at 1500 rpms ).Is choke open or closed when it is running poorly .<<>>.is it open or shut when it is running good ? Does it always run good at highway speed or not.?
