I was kidding dude....I know what echinacea is...and I don't approve...you actually have to start taking it BEFORE you feel symptoms for it to work properly....it's all Vitamin C and lots of soup and fluids....no meds or herbal suppliments work better or faster for me.

Worked out for me couple times I was coming down with a cold last winter, however, I did over dose on it, drank 5 cups of tea in 45 minutes all while I worked on my dime, about an hour after I was going to take a leak every 15 minutes lol, but it worked ;)
