I have an l20b, 5 speed, and ultra small tires. Speedo bounces around at 110ish down a big hill in 5th with no secondary and bad ignition.

Will you ship the manifolds and carb? D.C. is about as far a I'd be able to drive.

If there is surface rust then clean it up and repaint it. Anything smaller than a quarter I wouldn't bother patching unless you're prepared to do it. I use bronze screen with long fiber body filler to patch larger holes. Just fiber filler for smaller ones. Make sure you get some converter. I use Rust Over, it works great and is easy to paint over. Lots of people use Por15 products to stop rust.

Looks great! I need to redo mine with sandpaper when I can afford some. Did it recently with some aluminum cleaner and mothers polish. Then I painted the letters in jet black acrylic. Took about 45 minutes. Would like to get it as good as yours!
