I'd be worried.Pontiacs for instance came with a FIVE ANGLE valve cut from the factory.THere are a lot of"know-it-alls"who change it to a 3"angle" because"that's what you do".Datsun engineers weren't stupid.
Newsflash-the "cool" was chased out 20 years ago.In 2000 Kalifornia DMV suspended the registration to my Cobra because they didn't like the way GEORGIA did their DMV paperwork back in 1996.:blink:
AND they suspended my registration 2 years AFTER i registered it in Arizona.AND they even sent the suspension notice to my Tucson address.
FUCK that state.
YOU DO NOT NEED IT.Do a proper install(meaning correctly securing the cable and battery disconnect switch and enjoy.
BTW-Your battery is in the neighborhood of 550 Amps.
It is NOT up to the officer's discretion.THere are DB limits. And if he doesn't have a DB meter to measure your car with, any ticket is invalid.
To the KA:Are you after HP or a "sound"?
Cross-flows are superior to top/bottom tanks. But they come in both brass & aluminum. If i could have went with a cross-flow,i would be sitting pretty cool(git it?Cool?)Aluminum is better still.Griffin can make you a exact duplicate for your factory radiator in aluminum for a 500 bones.
Absolutely go aluminum.I went factory 3 core in my 810 and i am at the ragged edge here in Tucson with A/C & this heat.If i did it over again,i'd go aluminum. No comparison.
