What type of baffling are you using? Plates or unravelled "brillo pad?"

Yes. I'll be using .5in 6061 plate for the flange and probably .125in wall thickness pipe for the runners.

Lol I was talking about a 3D model... Im going to buy an intake manifold gasket, high resolution scan it, and then model it in SolidWorks... before I cut it out and clean it up.

Yeah Id ditch that overflow too... looks ridiculous. As much as I hate them, even a Monster overflow would be better off to the side.

Will do. Im either going to CNC them out since I can do it at my work, or I may have them waterjet out. I havent figured it out yet... I need to finish up my flange model. If anyone here has an L-series model already it would speed up the process immensely.

I have a jack handle and rubber bumpers (don't remember how brittle though). I live in Silverdale just across the Sound from you. -

I've hot a manifold already, but I'm thinking of having some flanges CNCd out and making cleaner nicer ones. I'll probably integrate in a few mounting holes for a heat shield as well...

I have a friend with a complete 180b FI setup that he's looking to get rid of. Has every part to bolt onto an L18. Looks cool for an L-series mod.

You can buy them on eBay Australia for about $250 and youd be looking at ~$150 to ship it to the West Coast... slightly more to go to the Midwest. I like them, not many Stateside do. If you look at my signature, my pixel car has a set edited in.

Haha I knew what you meant. Yeah, I remeber my dad having some in the car I grew up in, so I thought I would throw some in since my seats are a little shredded. Best $8 Ive spent on the car.
