Positive offset is if the hub face is between the center of the rim and the lip. Negative offset is when the hub face is between the center of the rim and the strut.

Thanks Tanker. I want to thank the people who are continuing to serve so that I no longer have to. 7 years was enough for me, so thanks to those willing to continue. Check around as many many places are giving away free dinners and such to veterans.

Yeah I may do it whenever I decide to recover the seats... maybe Ill even hook my passengers up (whenever I end up with people in the back) and do the rear bench seat as well. Reupholstery is not on the current to-do list so that one may wait.
