xxxdrillsgtxxx
I just pick up an 1981 datsun 210 hatchback i been looking for an auto transmission for awhile for this car i posted on these forums http://forum.ratsun.net/showthread.php?t=7292 i have a problem though look at this car i just got and how well maintained everything is. Should i pull the auto transmissions out of this car and use it as a parts car and put it in my red datsun 210 wagon or use this car for the mean time untill something goes wrong the red datsun has 23,000 miles on it and the new car i just bought has 71,000 miles on it heres the pictures below [/img] [/img] [/img] [/img] [/img] [/img] [/img] [/img] Edited December 22, 2008 by xxxdrillsgtxxx Quote Link to comment

420n620
thats to nice to part out, I'd drive it and find another POS to part out. Keep looking would be my advise.. Quote Link to comment
Bandit240
Please dont part out that car. Its way to nice. If anything have the trans swapped from it into your wagon and put the 4sp from the wagon in it and sell it. That one isnt ready for the junk yard yet. Quote Link to comment
Icehouse
I just want to know how the hell you find all the low milage dattos... :D Quote Link to comment
Edz280zx
besides..you'd probably still need a driveshaft as the wagon is probably longer. Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
Keep it. One that runs is worth 5 that don't. Keep it and look for another.... it's the ratsun thing to do. Quote Link to comment
ggzilla
Oh man it even has the rare Datsun rocker panel stripe kit. Paint this one red and call it good. Scrap the wagon. Mileage means nothing on a 25 year old car (unless it's like under 5,000 miles and in museum quality). Quote Link to comment

Capital15
Fellow 210 owner: PLEASE do not part the car out!! That's all I will say. Quote Link to comment
'83 B11
Nice Datsun. I hope you didn't part it out. It looks way to good for that. Just watch out because from the pics I'm guessing they salt the roads where you live, and that salt really makes older cars rust.:( Quote Link to comment
