Duke
Thanks for posting that up for me guys ;). The funny thing is that I'm seriously considering putting a rear bumper back on. The car that I got my inspiration from is the bluebird racecar in washington. He did a much better job of doing what I did. It was a hell of a lot of work though. Quote Link to comment
bonvo
no duke dont put a bumper on it it looks to clean without it and after the work on the rear roll pan it would be a shame to put a bumper back on it Quote Link to comment

Hey Duke it looks great without and the work done to get it to look that good was probably very time consuming but I like the look of bumpers it adds to the lines in my opinion, either way you know I love the look of your car :D Clayton Quote Link to comment
Duke
Thanks for the reply guys. It really was a lot of work to get it all smooth, but the main reason I did it was because the rear seam was rusted beyond repair, so it had to be done one way or another. The first 510 I fell in love with was bumperless, and i have always liked the look. But I have recently come to agree with Clayton in that I think the bumpers add to the lines of the car. I also think they make the car look lower in a way. I'm not sure what I'm going to do, but I have some cool ideas for the bumpers if i put them on. Quote Link to comment
