It's like Nissan new that the 521 would get a SR20 one day :eek: Current undercarriage shot: Downpipe done! Damn its so SEXY! Wategate modded. A friend of mine got his from them, somehow he was missing something from the kit, heavythrottle over night shipped him the part. I got my sr's from a local shop that basically calls all the local importers. this is what I do to turn up the boost i love this thread too ditto :D I got my motorset through Dan as he would also warranty it along with all the fab work... Some pics to tide you guys over: latest motor shots: Phase2Motortrend grounding plate (improves cooling of coilpacks and grounding :cool:). Uninstalled in this pic. It's just laying on top of the coilpacks... Radiator hoses with t-bolt clamps! FAL slim fan installed and wired-up: Fuel pump relay and Daniel's custom fuel evap cannister: 55amp tractor/race alternator finished. Dan's got more pics. He made a custom mount to bolt up the block and used the Nissan belt tensioner assembly! wastegate finished steering link finished. can be adjusted on the truck! custom throttle cable! wiring fun... tranny tunnel patched: Daniel, high from the open downpipe fumes :eek: "Now if I stick the power wire in my mouth and ground my thumb to the chassis, the electric fan should switch on..." :D:D:D After only 3 weeks at DGR, she's back in my hands tomorrow (just a couple small loose ends to wrap up)! I said, "Yeah, I've tried, but the I couldn't get enough power out of motor to do any." He replied, "You won't have that problem now." :D They took it out for a test drive around the block. Said it's quick. So quick, Dan couldn't stop laughing maniacaly on the phone. :eek: Need to go to a muffler shop to finish the exhaust (fumes in the cabin are too strong from the open downpipe; nearly knocked them out during the test drive) and it's coming home! :cool::cool::cool::cool::cool: Quote Link to comment
