73dime
I was impressed by this guys skills with minimal tools and working in bare feet, haha! Working on his 4dr 510 I noticed that he made the ghost line more defined by splitting apart the doors and pounding out a deeper crease from the backside of the ghost line. Same on the fenders. He also modified the rear doors to accommodate the fender flares without making a cut through the flared fender. Lots of little things I haven't seen done before. Dolomite
In my less than humble opinion, it looks like shit. Sharpening the bottom makes it look to prominent, deepening the top changes the angle. The "sonic boom" is the most iconic line on the car, not to be fucked with. 1 Quote Link to comment
Jesse C.
I guess it gives credence to the old saying "work with what you got" But agree with Dolo, don't mess with the line 1 Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
Must be me but not seeing a difference that can't be explained by lighting or angle. Like which is the modified one? so I can run it down also. Quote Link to comment
4perrev
Think it's the top one that's on the car. Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
think? can't tell either? Quote Link to comment
Draker
Interesting.. But he is working with what he's got. Quote Link to comment
Dolomite
To my eye, he's deepened the top line and made the bottom line sharper(more crease). It changes the whole angle and makes it look odd to me. By the pics, it appears every part of the boom deeper and sharper. Makes it look too angular, like a lada or something. Quote Link to comment
Rick-rat
I like what he has done, hardly noticeable, what's the problem with trying to make it look a little different from all the other 510's 1 Quote Link to comment

That4doorKiD
I like the flares, I'm a very big fan of flaring/pulling stock body metal. The creased line does make it looked thrown off tho Quote Link to comment
