MarkB.
There you go! Guys who flew the old planes were even braver than those who go cross-county in a 510! 2 Quote Link to comment
KiloTango1200
Texas Motor Speedway race weekend at KDTO. 5 ERJs, 70 rent cars and 300 people wandering around the ramp. The people and cars are gone when I took this picture. Quote Link to comment
KiloTango1200
The Flagship Detroit came back to KDTO and this time I got a ride!!! 3 Quote Link to comment
KiloTango1200
Had a North Texas squall line blow through, so Flagship Detroit got to spend the night in the big hangar. I'm not going to let the oldest flying DC-3 get storm damaged while I'm taking care of her! Towing Flagship Detroit into position for departure. It is a little disconcerting maneuver because you cannot see the main gear while driving the tug. 4 Quote Link to comment

MikeRL411
Boeing Clipper with original Pan Am markings! Good shot! I still remember the Pan Am Clipper ad in Times Square NYC, P,S. the Martin bird was the "China Clipper", not the Boeing version. 3 Quote Link to comment
MikeRL411
Counter rotating props and exhaust under the left "arm pit" scream turbo! The radome and apparent HF wire antennas at the tail scream ELINT craft. Double folding wings dictate carrier based. "Arc Royal"? 2 Quote Link to comment
