KiloTango1200
The flight school conducted a seminar on how to slide in to home plate in a Piper Seneca. The Parade of SHAME. Featuring the flight instructor as Grand Marshall. 3 Quote Link to comment
KiloTango1200
Was at work and heard big round engines. Looked up and B-29 "FIFI" was flying over KDTO. Crappy cell phone pic, but pic=it happened. Know it was "FIFI" because it is the only B-29 flying until "DOC" gets in the air. 3 Quote Link to comment

Jesse C.
The wife doesn't understand how I can hear "round". After a couple of trips to the Chino Air Show, my ex girlfriend knows the difference pretty well and can tell where one was parked! 3 Quote Link to comment
KiloTango1200
My buddies Mat, with the paint brush, and Phil finishing a surgically stitched up, Dope and Fabric repair on Mat's Cessna 120 they are restoring. There was a problem with the fuel tank and the wing had to be opened up for the repair. Aircraft mechanics that are still able to do this repair perfectly are few and far between. They must have the skill of a surgeon and artist combined. It is becoming a lost art. The beautifully finished result. 4 Quote Link to comment
