MantisX620
They were listed as just regular old Chevy wheels but I cant find them anywhere. Anybody know what these came off of? They are listed as 15x8s. Thanks MantisX Quote Link to comment

Rjawm
From what I found I'd say they were an aftermarket wheel called a Jackman. Look at post 26 and 27 on this Ford forum thread: http://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/1062961-pictures-of-painted-wagon-wheels-2.html Then the result from image Googling Jackman wheels: https://www.google.com/search?q=jackman+wheels&client=firefox-a&hs=qQq&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&channel=rcs&tbm=isch&imgil=ZqabW0fpFlOtRM%253A%253BfysOh4jXJI7c9M%253Bhttp%25253A%25252F%25252Fvolksrods.com%25252Fforum%25252Fshowthread.php%25253Ft%2525253D31447&source=iu&usg=__dG4mf4uOF-Gt4k8A08YA-m09yhc%3D&sa=X&ei=rzngU6LXJsXZigLZpYDIDw&sqi=2&ved=0CCUQ9QEwAw&biw=1920&bih=961 Borrowed from the 5th result from the above Google search: Oh, and this from a VW forum: http://volksrods.com/forum/showpost.php?s=dcb9e5e22371d289a505cccf07df8e27&p=473685&postcount=6 3 Quote Link to comment

DanielC
Spoked wheels were very popular in the 1970's. you can see some of mine in this picture. here are two more mine were made by Duke's wheels, I think. Quote Link to comment
MantisX620
The guy with these aren't responding, so the search continues I guess. Nice to see they are fairly attainable though. Would love to own a set. Quote Link to comment

graveltrapp
Seems like every Chevy Luv I have seen had/has wheels that looked a lot like these. Not sure about bolt pattern though. Blast, powder coat, install, smile. Quote Link to comment
YSG2017
I'm looking for a single 15X8" 6X5.5" lug pattern, vintage 8-spoke Jackman wheel (aluminum or steel) like the one pictured up above at the start of this thread. If anybody knows where I can find one for sale, please let me know. Thx. Cheers. :) Quote Link to comment

Seeker > 620 KC
Jacman was the real brand name mfgr of this type of wheels, and they ultra popular as much as slotted mag wheels in the 70-80's. One reason wa because they were made from inexpensive steel and were far cheaper to buy than the all alum or alloy wheels. In So Cal they were a big hit with the 4x4, sand buggy's and Baja bug crowds. There were enough makers of this style wheel that the guys in the new car prep departments or speed shops called them "can-opener" style wheels because they looked like the top of an old tin can that someone tried to open with a "church key"'type bottle opener by making numerous punctures around the top of the can.
