Mattndew76
For you guys that are not crossovers with TheRealm I have some new finned differential covers hitting the table soon. Here's the thread: http://www.the510realm.com/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=26705&sid=4cb0802db16383fba2886f9d619ea60e 2 Quote Link to comment
Tristin
Will the "Cusco" covers just be covers or will they create a larger oil reservoir for additional oil capacity? Quote Link to comment
Mattndew76
Cusco pics are just an example. My covers will will not be the same. I want to get at least a 40% increase in fluid volume also use vertical fins not horizontal like the Cusco. My solid model of my Covers will be up for people to see this weekend. Oh and will not be over priced like Cusco. Quote Link to comment

KlassicMotion
I'm tuned in. I'm curious what happens with the R160 covers. Quote Link to comment
RTB
I'd be down for one for a r180 depending on cost. I can't do 600-900 like the subie aftermarket ones Quote Link to comment

I can't do 600-900 like the subie aftermarket ones Yeah I can't see why or how that is an acceptable price even if it is a Magic STI subie. I cannot see these ever acceding $300-$350. Must be a special type of car guy in the Subaru crowd. O.o Quote Link to comment
Mattndew76
Added JPEGS of the solids so far on TheRealm thread. Quote Link to comment
CorAce
I would be in for a cover. Quote Link to comment
Mattndew76
Cool. I will have a more defined price for everyone once I'm ready to machine. Quote Link to comment
RTB
No plugs or a vent on the drafts? Quote Link to comment
Mattndew76
Not so far. It will progress tomorrow. I'm still exploring design possibilities. Quote Link to comment
RTB
I would design it so that people can use their stock plugs. That will save you and the buyer money. Most of us already have at least one standard diff cover and I have no clue what those magnetic plugs cost. And a vent is needed of obvious reasons. Quote Link to comment
Mattndew76
Yeah It wouldn't be hard to make a standard NPT version and an ORB version. Just a matter of hole diameter and tap used. Quote Link to comment
Mattndew76
More revisions made Quote Link to comment
