Now I know I fit in the civic with no modification so I could drive it immediately. With a Datsun I'm not too sure. I sat in a 240z and I had room to sit up I couldn't get my knees in with the seat all the way back. The Honda would be a daily driver the day I buy it and I'm pretty sure a Datsun would need some work. Hell I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty B) Quote Link to comment

Mine was a 5spd DX, which got no less than 32 mpg, and even got as high as 52 on one road trip. I still keep my eye out for another nice one, and wish I had never sold the one I had. I would daily the Honda before I daily-ed one of my Datsuns. I love my Datto's, but when it comes to a comfortable reliable driver with a/c, the Civic wins easily. Quote Link to comment
