I wonder what frame this is sitting on, the front wheels look strange also, you see as far as I know, nissan did not make a dually wheel package for the front like toyota, they just had the stock 720 wheel on the front, and dually wheels on the back.

Is there an adapter for the front wheel also, to accept a dually rim on the front?

Maybe the mobile home front ends were made different, I never looked at one of them close.

I hope to see this one day.  :)

You need to check the adapter connections every once in a while, I had a vibration start during a trip back from Redmond towing a 520 truck, I had just got onto interstate 84 from Hiway 26 and at slow speeds it vibrated real bad, but over 40mph it was fine, I kept stopping and shaking everything trying to figure it out, so the next day I lifted the back of the truck off the ground and it became obvious what the issue was, the adapter had worked it's way loose, but since the dually rims were tight on the adapter, nothing felt loose while it was on the ground, none of the nuts had fallen off the studs yet, but it was only a matter of time, I am lucky that the trip wasn't longer, as it would have done a lot of damage when it came loose, fender, rims, tires, and maybe the box, I was real lucky, I could have lost everything, as I was towing another vehicle.
