Anything that connects to the intake will do.  It's a simple vacuum gauge. The more you step on the gas the wider the carb is open and the lower the vacuum.

I got an econometer from Australia and I want to sport it in my B210.

I know it needs to be connected to a vacuum line but I dont know which one.

Anybody knows?

Very cool. It is a vacuum gauge designed to show and help maximize throttle use. Great addition and cool device. Connect it to the intake manifold. Any intake nipple under the carburetor will do.  Post a pic of your manifold if not sure, I can tell you which one to use.
