Hey all, just curious about the average mileage you all get, specifically dual carb setups.Mikuni, Weber, SU

With gas at $4+ a gallon everyone is more conscious of mileage...

Post engine size/carbs/MPG???

I got two tanks at 28.5 and 28.8 US gal on way home. Stock 710 L20B zx 5 speed (not the one with the big over drive) Speedometer was withing 1 MPH on two radar boards on way down.

Those stock carbs have a purpose

Maybe I should do an A-series swap in my Dime. I bet it would really scoot.

76 kc 620 L20b automatic with stock gears. Emissions removed and a weber on top. I get 18mpg average, which is shit.

72 4dr 510 ka24de 5 speed 3.70 gears, about 25mpg average

.

Depends on driving style and trip length. I would expect above 25 on trips. 18 seems low.
