if you tried to remove the temp sender from the housing the housing could crack.Did you do this previosly?

I assume there is a new gasket to the head and housing and on top of the Thermostat.

dont over tighten aluminum. its not much. The old V8 guys would overtorq the bolts and strip them out or crack stuff.

or is the radiator hose slight loose and water is running backwards to the motor making it look like the state housing is leaky?

Naaa....it's coming from underneath the front portion of the manifold:mad:

If you have a water heated intake.(a water line going to the intake)

your intake is not tight enough. Tighten the intake upper and esp the lower bolts. Maybe tighten up the exhaust ones also.

Make sure the thick washers are there so they apply pressure to bothe the intake and exhaust manifold. YOull see it .like to halves and th washer is in the middle holding both together.

I assume there is a NEW intake/exhaust gasket.

If tighten dont work I would replace the intake/Ex gasket with another.

Well I found the problem causing the leak! while I was torquing the Cylinder Head Bolts,I found the last bolt in the sequence of the 10 stripped, which happens to be from the area of the coolant leak I found. Is there any way I can fix this without removing the Head to fix the threads in the block? HELP!

Some guy had some chrome 720 side mirrors and I was seriously jealous... I went too pay for some stuff and they were left there on the counter. I asked the cashier how much and she said 30 bucks!!!!! I wanted to give her a piece of my mind, but I too left them there with out saying a word.... They laughed at me, but I did not wanted to get kicked out for saying something stupid...
