Yea this one was very entertaining, sucks the whole racing aspect is gone. We could spend days picking apart things about the movie lol. How do you feel about the ending? Quote Link to comment

gumbyz13 Posted May 26, 2013 Report Share Posted May 26, 2013 Saw it last night, there was a pretty good showing of cars out at the drive-in for the movie. Pretty good twist there at the end. Setting up for number 7, Tokyo drift should be number 6 now right (plot order). They are good for the entertainment value. I saw that Jason Stathom was supposed to be Shaw's brother.... They make so many movies because there so successful, there will always be mixed reviews some people will like the movies some won't they can't please everyone. I for one follow the movie just for pure entertainment I watched the first one in the theaters why not follow the whole series of movies. DatMo Posted May 26, 2013 Report Share Posted May 26, 2013 I think it's an entertaining movie and i loved the hakosuka. and the mustang in 6. and the blue car that I thought was an rx3 from commercials then realized was not. But, the racing aspect of it is gone. and now that jason has joined the series, my fav actor, I gained more interest. It was kinda sad when han died and his gf. Maybe but it's also the actors that push the movie too they enjoy making them they said it themselves they aren't getting any younger either. They write and direct the movie as much as the movie director does the action parts have been burned up in my opinion. I'm not sure how to describe it other than it didn't enhance the movie like it did in 1 for instance, where the music was more entwined with the action sequences. I know what you mean though fast 1 soundtrack gave you a sense of adrenaline and pumped you up for the races. Quote Link to comment

gene knight Posted May 27, 2013 Report Share Posted May 27, 2013 I went and saw fast 6 and it was great, but it seems that they haven't away from racing cars to robbing and running drugs. it threw me for a loop when Jason Statham appears at the end. I heard that they are gonna make just 8 movies and that is it. vin (dom) dies in the last 1 and paul (brian) is layed on table getting ready to be put to death by lethal injection. but that is what paul walker and vin diesel emailed me recently.
